<h1>Booking Terms and Conditions</h1>

<p>Reservations are held in good faith for the arrival and departure date
   listed on your booking confirmation form, at the rate given.</p>
<p>Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.</p>  
<p>Current valid credit card details are required to secure your booking or a
   deposit for the first night's accommodation seven  working days prior to
   your arrival date.</p>
<p>Holiday and peak period deposits must be received at least one clear month
   prior to arrival date, this may vary at our discretion.</p>
<p>A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to bookings
   cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, automatically deducted
   from credit card details or from reservation deposit.</p>
<p>Group bookings or peak period cancellations may be advised seperately
   depending whether reservation is rebooked.</p>
<p>A booking fee of $20 may apply to all other cancellations.</p>

 <li>Payment of balance of reservation is required on arrival.</li>
 <li>Most major credit cards accepted as well as cash.</li>
 <li>Cheques not accepted unless paid 10 working days prior to booking,
     as full pre paid total payment.</li>
